About me.

Elizabeth Hepburn Miller

Yoga teacher. Retreat leader.

Love-gazer. Salt-seeker. Relational connector.

Elizabeth is a certified yoga teacher, and received her 200RYT through training led by the diverse community of instructors at The Yoga Abbey. As a former ballet dancer and teacher, and along with that, admittedly, a recovering perfectionist, Elizabeth's first yoga class immediately hooked her, and she found herself consistently drawn back to the challenge and surrender of being fully present each time she stepped on her mat. Over a decade of practicing later, she answered the seemingly restless call on her heart: to go where her deepest desires would meet the deep needs of this world, and train to share the fear-freeing, faith-awakening and deeply healing practice that has brought fullness to her wandering soul.

Elizabeth is on a mission to share the sacred space of "being", that she defines as the relational connection of mind-body-soul-Love-community, through an accessible, every-body-and-all-bodies practice. Her classes focus on the embodiment of hope, faith and surrender, while gazing on the mystery and miracles of captial-L Love. Through movement, meditation and breath, you are invited to work through what's "stuck", surrender the weight of the world on your shoulders, let striving cease, drop the chase for more, and arrive home to being, belonging, beholding and becoming:

You are abundantly loved to step into the fullness of who you are. You were made to be different; to be the salt; to paint colors amongst the black and white.

And while you're here, remember that life is a garden, and not a maze, as you journey on the wonder-filled adventure of becoming, and being, you

Let the world be your mat, and let your gaze rest on the One, who is Love.

You are the Salt of the Earth.

You were made for Love.
